Today at #barcampnola I gave a talk called Stop apologizing for yourself. I shared some of the “confidence hacks,” that I’ve learned personally, and that we’ve learned through running Launch Pad. A number of ideas are based in public speaking, drama, improv. Patrick Comer leads a mentor session with Launch Pad that focuses on stage presence an inspired a lot of the feedback in this presentation.
