We’re looking for new office space

To all our readers here in New Orleans, this one’s for you. We are looking for new office space in New Orleans. We are currently located in the CBD but our building has recently been sold. As a result, we’ve got to move, and we’d love to see what you have available.

Our ideal space:

• 1000 sq. ft. or so

• 2 offices and conference room

• Exposed brick, warehouse feeling, natural light. Cool environment for creative people

• We don’t need retail space and we don’t have clients visiting, so we can be upstairs or in a space that may not work for most commercial tenants

• Located uptown, garden district, lower garden, warehouse or CBD
